A student’s Learning Plan is based directly upon goals. The relationship among goals, assessment and learner plans is explained to students. Learning activities and tasks are goal related and support milestone development.
We are working to help students understand the spectrum of skills required for goal paths by reviewing thorough checklists for employment, independence, secondary school and post secondary. Learner plans include anticipated timelines, program duration and weekly commitment. Setting timelines gives learners a good idea of how long they will be in the program.
